This policy describes what data the RapidEye Inspections Chrome extension collects, how it is used, and how to contact us with questions.
When you click Analyze with RapidEye on a supported property management page, the extension transmits the following from your browser to our servers at app.rapideyeinspections.com:
localStorage). We use this token to fetch your property photos on your behalf.Photos and analysis results are stored in our infrastructure on Supabase (Postgres + object storage), hosted on AWS. Email is delivered through Resend. Your session token is retained for the duration of your trial so we can fetch your property photos and, where needed, re-check your account as part of preparing your report. It is used only for that purpose, is accessible only to our backend systems, expires automatically on your property management system's own schedule (typically within hours), and is deleted on request.
Analysis results are retained so you can revisit the report from the email link. You can request deletion of your trial data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the email address you used for the trial.
The extension stores your email address in Chrome's chrome.storage.local so you don't have to re-enter it on subsequent uses. You can clear this at any time from the extension's options page or by removing the extension.
The extension is intended for use by property-management professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
We will update the “Last updated” date above when material changes are made. Continued use of the extension after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
